Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Antique, collectible, intimate, and sale items can not be returned. "Sale" items means any items received at a discount from the original price. These products are final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

For all other items, you may return your item for store credit within 3 days of your order's delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (see more info below).

If the item shows evidence of being worn or altered (i.e. the item smells of perfume, deoderant, smoke, etc. or if the item shows stains or signs of alteration that differs from the item listing) your item will not be eligible for return. If an item is returned in this condition, your item will be returned/mailed back to you and you will be billed for the cost of the return shipment. The Vintage Net reserves the right to inspect returned items at their own judgement and deny returns for store credit as necessary.

Please keep in mind that vintage items are used and should not be expected to be in never worn condition.

No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item.

Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there might be minor imperfections. Although I do my best to note any major flaws that I find, I may miss trivial ones or ones that are characteristic of garments of a particular age and era. Since vintage clothing is pre-worn and "used" keep in mind that they may have flaws and damages, that I may not have seen. All garments come as is.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included. Please note that if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you received your order as a Gift:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
