Rare Vintage 1930s CHANEL Adaptation Embroidered Scalloped Jacket
This product is unavailable
Finding vintage Chanel is like finding a piece of gold! This gorgeous and rare 1930s jacket was made in the 1930s as one of her "Adaptation" designs. Before Chanel made ready to wear clothing, she authorized American department stores & high end boutiques in the 1930s to make reproductions of her designs for women. As seen by the original tag, this jacket is one of those original and RARE pieces!
Made of a beautiful chocolate brown rayon crepe fabric, this adorable little jacket features gorgeous tailoring nipping in at the waist, darts in the back, long sleeves that snap open and closed, and truly adorable scalloped edges all over. Featuring an absolutely stunning embroidered dot and scalloped detail, this little jacket is in excellent and wearable condition!
Shoulder to Shoulder: 15"
Sleeve Length: 24"
Condition: Excellent & wearable vintage condition. One repair was made to a tiny hole on back left shoulder (see photo #8). The repair was sewn by a professional European tailor using the original fabric and weaving. There is also some wear to the silk ribbon detail at the lining of cuffs.
